Step back in time with authentic 20th-century furnishings, a curated collection of vinyl LPs, CDs, and cassettes, plus a variety of classic board games for relaxed evenings together. Ideal for families or friends, the property features two spacious family rooms, disabled-access bathroom plus an additional toilet, and generous open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, offering plenty of space for relaxation, laughter, and shared meals. At the end of the gravel road, park in the secure undercover parking and enjoy the freedom of off-grid living. Relax with a book from our collection and uncapped Wi-Fi. (the slower speed is ideal for browsing, email, and staying connected without distraction). Whether you’re unwinding with music, exploring nearby attractions, or simply soaking up the fresh countryside air, this semi-detached house offers a truly memorable stay. Ideal temporary home while you renovate or relocate, space for the whole family. Available weekly or monthly. No Pets.

Massive Rooms and beautiful natural lighting. We had a lot of fun playing Board Games and CDs from the huge Classic Collection. Accommodates a large family and the two bathrooms was a bonus.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while keeping our calendar reliable for all guests.

Cancellations

  • Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • Partial refund (50%): Cancel between 3–7 days before check-in.

  • Within 72 hours of check-in: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds, as it becomes difficult to rebook the dates on short notice.

After Check-In

  • If your plans change after arrival and you need to leave early, we’re not able to refund unused nights. However, please reach out—we’ll always try to help where we can.

Same-Day Bookings

  • If you book and need to cancel within 24 hours, and your check-in date is still at least 7 days away, you’ll receive a full refund.

If We Need to Cancel

  • In the rare case that we must cancel your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll do our best to help you find an alternative stay.

Unexpected Events

  • For major unforeseen situations (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions), we review requests individually and aim to be as understanding and fair as possible.

Security Deposit

  • Any security deposit will be fully returned after your stay, provided there’s no damage or excessive cleaning required.
